Shawn LEE Sung Hwa, Managing Director of Plus Partners, specialises in Capital Markets (Fixed Income, Equities, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Banking) with a strong focus on the Korean and Japanese market.

Shawn has 10 years of recruiting experience (out of his 23 years of working experience) with successful track record in financial markets, placing over 200 professionals (from Associate level to Managing Directors including Country Managers) in Korea market alone. He is one of well recognized recruiters in the Korea banking industry with a reputation of a business partner to be trusted for the banks in building up the Korean desk within Capital Markets.

He has been recognized as one of most active recruiters in the Fixed Income and Derivatives sector in Asia by Asiamoney in 2004.

Prior to his executive search career, Shawn was a Vice President at Korea Investment & Merchant Banking Corporation (KIMBACO), a boutique investment bank based in Hong Kong, conducting corporate finance related activities with International & Korean clients. Shawn served in the banking industry for 9 years in Hong Kong and Korea. Prior to banking, Shawn has worked in Property Consultancy and Hospitality industries including acting as President of Vigers Korea, a property consulting firm headquartered in UK.

Shawn graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Seoul. He is married with a child.

 

Keslyne LIM, Managing Director, is focusing on developing and building client relationships through working with the clients direct to identify and understand their requirements.

Keslyne has 12 years of executive search experience in Asia and her particular expertise lies in Global Markets, FICC sales, structuring, trading and research across all asset classes as well as DCM, Structured Finance, Private Banking, Private Equity and Principal Finance. Keslyne has a proven track record of building up front office teams within the financial sector and over the years in the business, she has successfully placed more than 400 professionals including Managing Director and Head of business units. Finding the most fitting person for the right position and working with clients to grow their business through the right hires have always been her mission and she pursuits to always meet, if not exceed, client’s expectations .

Prior to Plus Partners, she spent eight years with Euro Search and a year with Options Group in Hong Kong. With Euro Search, her last position was a Managing Director and was overseeing the Capital Markets division for Asia ex-Japan.

Keslyne graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Management Information System from Australia and she speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese as well as some Hokkien.

 

Mei Lian LIEW is a Director with Plus Partners. Based out of Singapore, she is mainly responsible for covering the Southeast Asian markets with a mandate spanning across all FICC/capital markets, investment banking and private banking positions. Her secondary coverage would be on the North Asian markets.

Armed with more than 7 years of experience in the recruitment industry, her last recent stint was with Euro Search International where she spent over 2 years primarily as a global market specialist with an extensive coverage across FICCE sales, structuring, trading and research positions. At the same time, she was also focusing on investment banking/corporate finance mandates. Well versed in the Southeast Asian markets, her forte has been in the Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand markets. Her successful placement record has been typically with the top tier investment and commercial banks such as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, UBS, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ for both on-shore and cross-border searches.

She spent her formative years with the government regulatory boards – the Ministry of Manpower and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, where she got herself familiarized with local employment practices and regulations.

Mei Lian graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor of Business (major in Human Resource Management/ minor in Applied Economics). She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
