Recruitment Consultant - Vice President
 
Job Description
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s business, organization, culture and thinking.
- Research of the general Banking and Finance Industry, especially in the area of Human Resource Management and Recruitment.
- Act as a management consultant to the client, providing it with objective insight and advice on hiring strategies.
- Identify and track key banking talents/professionals in the Banking and Finance Industry in various areas.
- To work independently and coordinate client and candidate's meetings, making sure both parties are served with professionalism.
 
Job Requirement

- With more than 3 years working experience in headhunting industry.
- Existing Clients and Candidate relationships is required for the Vice President position.
- Good understanding in Banking and Investment industry.
- Able to speak fluent and read in English, and preferbly an additional language.
- With good poise and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle senior level banking professionals.
